Our story, our charcoal.
A Gulf of Saint-Tropez restaurant, opened in April 2026 in Sainte-Maxime, facing the sea.
A wish for longevity
Longo Mai is Provençal for “may it last a long time”. It is the wish we make for this place, for our team and for the moments you spend here.

Nathalie and Christophe
Nathalie and Christophe opened Longo Mai in April 2026. Their idea: a simple, generous table where you feel good from lunch to dinner.
A direct and warm welcome, homemade cooking, a place facing the sea.
Charcoal, sea and land
At the heart of the kitchen, a Mibrasa charcoal oven. It cooks fish and meat alike: sea bream, salmon, chicken, pork ribs.
The principle is simple: a good ingredient, cooked over charcoal, with little fuss. The rest of the menu follows the same logic, between French cooking and the Mediterranean.
